Gestational Carriers

What a major commitment you are considering…to carry a child for another family! You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect as you consider this option. You and your family will experience a change in your daily routines if you achieve pregnancy and carry a baby to term for the intended parents you select.

I will provide you with detailed information about every aspect of the process. You have the right to select the family you feel you can trust after reviewing their family background letter, including photographs, speaking with them, and meeting them. You and they will create a relationship that feels comfortable to you.

There will be psychological and medical screenings before you and the intended parents enter a contract. You will have your own legal representation, paid for by the intended parents. Counseling fees, medical insurance costs, and uncovered medical expenses will also be paid for by the intended parents. Compensation will be provided if such is legally allowable in your state of residence.

You would achieve pregnancy through in vitro fertilization where the egg will be fertilized outside your body and the resulting embryo or embryos will be placed in your uterus at a medical facility selected by the intended parents. The embryo will be made from the ovum of the intended mother or an egg donor and the sperm of the intended father or a sperm donor.
